Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. Arrived on time. Respected property. Gave advice on issue with aerial and wall mounting a TV to a plasterboard wall. Quotes were provided for work within minutes.

Identified the problem and advised on the best way to remedy the problem. Also helped to move and replace heavy furniture.

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

Incredibly fast response to our TV aerial falling off the chimney. Very knowledgeable, and presented a range of options before tackling the job. No fuss, no drama, simply a man who knew his job backwards and who effected a quality repair with the minimum of inconvenience. Would HIGHLY recommend.
